    Great idea for the sous vide! They don’t take up space in the water basin like wire racks do, so there is more room for larger cuts of meat. Stick anywhere. Bottom or side of water container or both. Simple storage too because they stick to each other.

    These magnets are awesome! They’re not too big nor too small. I was surprised by how strong the magnetism was. Had to wiggle them to get them to separate. Perfect for use with my sous vide.

    I use my sous vide with a large stock pot. This worked even with the curved sides. I didn’t notice them move at all. What I had didn’t want to float, so it wasn’t tested too strenuously.
    I store them on the side of my fridge to keep them out of the way and from sticking to everything in my utensils drawer.

    Good magnet strength, good quality silicone protective covering, also when we are not using them they double as extra fridge magnets, also easy to wash before use.

    Don’t really adhere to anything except each other. About the only time they work at all is when you stick them together on opposing sides of a sous vide bag. They work well enough to weight the bag then, but sticking to one another through the wall of a tank? Not so much.

    I’ve been using these magnets daily for almost a month and cannot find anything I don’t like about the concept or the execution. The magnets are incredibly strong and hold the bags securely away from the Sous Vide inlet and outlet ports. They work to ensure that the bags stay under the water the whole cooking time (I used to use a rock, but it was really hard to fish out of the hot water, with these if I happen to drop a magnet when retrieving the bag I can always use a second magnet to slide it up the side to where I can retrieve it). Great product.

    What a wonderful product. Keeps my bags submerged flawlessly and easily. I do it a little bit different and I attach them to the bottom of the container not to the side and then I fill with water after, but whatever works best for you these are absolutely fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

    They’re magnets! They stick to each other! Wish they came in different colors, but eh, what can ya do?

    Strong magnets with silicone rubber coating. Perfect for strong fridge magnets as well as sous vide. Magnets this strong can be fragile and scratch surfaces. Because of the coating these are less likely to crack or degrade over time since they won’t snap hard against each other. The coating also of course reduces surface scratching (assuming you don’t already have a scratchy material on either surface).
